How this is computed: we store lightweight probe results (app, API, sign-in, database) on the existing daily scheduler and when this page loads, rate-limited to one snapshot every five minutes. Envoy chat, computers, and email also use recent traffic — failed envoy runs, computer errors, and outbound mail — when enough events exist. Percentages are successful checks divided by checks in that window. If the sample count or time span is too small, we show "Collecting history" instead of a fake 100%.
